Timetable
1. Stage (month 1 to 6)
Start of the project
- creation of plan and timetable of individual stages,
- study of supporting material (current security projects and internal regulations),
- discussions with security management staff,
- preparation of forms for facility assessment.
2. Stage (month 7 to 11)
Evaluation of current state of protection of the most important facilities of electricity networks
- assessment of the level of physical protection in the Czech Republic and those of the foreign partner,
- accomplishment of security risk analysis with respect to physical protection of network facilities,
- identification of critical points in protection of selected electricity network facilities.
3. Stage (month 12 to 20)
Proposal of standard and methodology
- proposal of security standards for protection of energy network facilities,
- proposal for methodology for assessment of security of targets including estimated implementation costs of minimal security standards.
4. Stage (month 20 to 24)
International conference – theme: Physical protection of selected electricity network facilities
- conference preparation,
- conference,
- outputs summary,
- presentation of project results,
- evaluation of the project.
